• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx – Delivery within 10-15 days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS – Delivery within 15-25 days after dispatch

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information, additional shipping fees will apply for redelivery.

4. Returns and Refunds

Return Period:

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging with all tags attached
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Fish Feeders (hygiene considerations)
• Used or installed water pumps and filtration systems
• Products removed from original packaging or showing signs of use

Return Process:

3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Package the item securely with the RMA visible on the outside
