Where do you deliver?

We are proud to offer efficient global shipping to most countries worldwide. Please note that we are currently unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia due to logistical constraints.

We offer two reliable shipping methods:
Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped with DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50. Shipped with EMS. Delivered within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

How long does order processing take?

We pride ourselves on swift processing. Your order will be carefully prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once it’s on its way.

My delivery is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, deliveries can sometimes be delayed. Please use your tracking number to monitor its progress. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us.
